First, an external recruitment consultancy ensures that your profile matches the job requirements and our recruitment criteria. If you have any questions about the job or about future career options, your will have the opportunity to ask them when you talk to our recruiter. Lastly, you will meet the career manager, professional discipline manager and immediate supervisor, who will validate your skills and suitability for the job.
